This notice explains how The Money Project North handles information you submit through this website. We take your privacy seriously and collect only what we need.
What we collect
When you submit a loan application, you provide personal and business information — such as your name, contact details, and a description of your business. This is collected via Fillout, a third-party form platform, and stored in Airtable, a cloud-based database. Both services are used solely to review your application.
How we use it
Your information is used only to assess your loan application and communicate with you about it. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to any third parties beyond the platforms listed above.
Third-party services
This site uses the following external services:
- Fillout — application form submission and email notifications
- Airtable — application data storage and review
- Google Fonts — font delivery (visitor IP may be logged by Google)
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery
Data retention
Application data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the loan process. If your application is unsuccessful, you may request that your information be deleted by contacting us directly.
